Returns of customized or custom-made products are NOT ACCEPTED.
If you encounter a problem in the manufacture, if you have a problem with the size or if you have received a product other than what you had requested, contact me as soon as possible WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS of receipt of goods.
Write me a message on Etsy, specifying in the subject: RETURN REQUEST with the order code (provided at the time of purchase) and arguing why you would like to return the goods and receive a refund (better if the request is accompanied high quality by photographic material).

We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- if you have already used the product;
- the product is damaged or worn;
- the product is not in its original state or without a label or tag,
- you have provided incorrect measurements when ordering;
you have changed your mind;
you want to return the product due to late delivery.

When your return request is accepted, you will receive a message with all the information necessary to send the goods back and I will issue a refund on the payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will correspond only to the value of the goods purchased; there is no refund of shipping costs.
The refund of the goods will be made within 14 days following the sending of the return request, upon receipt by me of the returned product.
Shipping costs and any customs fees to return the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
