Your order may take up to 3-4 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. Please note that made-to-order items can not be returned and exchanged.

You can return your item within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your refund request. Then you have 7 more days for preparing the return shipping. A $8 restocking fee will apply.
10K/14K gold items are custom made just for you. They can not be returned except for product defectives.
