RARE WWE Elite Ringside Exclusive FLASHBACK Edition of TUGBOAT. Still New/Never opened & high quality in Original Packaging. The box has a few dings/dents and shows some wear on the bottom, so I downgraded the condition. All should be visible in the pictures. I'm not a "collector" so I can't really rate it in that manner. I think it's in excellent condition and would make a wonderful gift for the nostalgia wrestling fan.
