high quality ANTIQUE COPPER JARDINIERE

An attractive copper jardiniere, probably of Middle Eastern origin. The ribbed and stepped body with two punch decorated handles sits upon a beaded plinth.

Date: Early 20th Century.

Condition. Fair functional condition. Left uncleaned with tarnish and a depth of colour. The body has some blobs of solder inside to repair holes and when held up to light two tiny pinprick holes can be seen. The plinth is a bit distorted and will rock if pushed from one side - the planter is quite stable however.
