This Target Bullwhip has a glow in the dark feature! The white of the whip after being held under bright light for 30-60 minutes will glow (see picture). Whip has 10"spring steel with shot load, 4' thong with 18" fall. Two bellies and 16 plait overlay. Herringbone knot (see picture), and fully waxed. Comes with two extra crackers.
