Figural Frosted Glass Bottle. Figural Sailor boy features hand panted blue tie, lips, eyes and feet. Black Bakelite Screw on Beret hat lid. Bottom is stamped 'Made in Roumania'. The first part of the century Romania spelled their name Roumania. The original scent was Honey Suckle.

Please note a tiny flake on the bottom as shown in last photo. Did not notice till taking photos and does not affect integrity of bottle
