I recommend choosing a size 1/2" larger than the length of the foot to allow for growing room.

A little bit of info from Tough Tek about their sole material:
Tough Tek is 65% Polyester and 35% Rayon. Tough Tek sets the standard for abrasion resistant grip fabrics and it is rugged, Non-slip in wet, dry, hot and cold conditions. Earth Friendly IPU, Vegan.
Waterproof, fire retardant, washable, and can go in the dryer on low heat. This is a unique fabric that holds up strongly to wear, and performs excellent as a grip and non-skid shoe in both wet and dry conditions.

Shipping:
Shoes will be folded flat and packaged in a vacuum sealed bag to keep shipping charges reasonable and then shipped in an envelope.
If you would like high quality the booties packaged in a box please purchase the box option for upgraded shipping.
To keep shipping costs down I offer free shipping on most items in Canada and standard shipping in the USA everywhere else. This method of shipping is sent by Canada Post letter mail and is not tracked and at your own risk. Please understand that we are not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages if you choose this method of shipping as it is out of our control once in the postal system.
