The antique crimping tongs would be heated in the fire and would create wonderful wavy crimped hair.

The tongs measure about 10 1/2 inches long.

The tongs are in fair condition with some age to the metal, a high quality little bit of rust and the wooden handles have some cracks in the wood and marks, but they are in fine fettle for their age.

They would be a super addition to any collection, excellent display or practical piece or authentic period or stage prop.
