Rare high quality Antique Watercolor Print of Lady by Oswald Richter, Portrait of Lady, Dated 1900

Very rare portrait of a lady! Either watercolor or print of watercolor, this piece is so old and unique we aren't even sure if it's an original or a print by Oswald Richter (1861-1937). Dated 1900! Have never come across high quality one displayed on top of frame in this matter! The glass and portrait float on the frame! While it is in rough condition (please see all photos) but the originality of the portrait and its framing are beautiful!
