Fab 50’s high quality Giant Rose Beaded Needlepoint Purse with Bow Hardware

A ladylike, maximalist beauty by “Souré Bag NY!” A pink rose in full bloom dominates the decoration on the front of the purse. It's fully rendered in needlepoint, and further embellished with clusters of seed beads and a round red “jewel” in its center! A field of green surrounds the flower in the form of needlepoint leaves, velvet leaf appliqués, more clusters of seed beads, and teardrop jewel accents. If this weren't enough, there's a row of brass-tone metal mini-bows along front side of hardware at top. Top center latch clasp and plastic tortoise handle. The fabric ground on front and (plain) back is natural colored needlepoint mesh. Interior is lined in gold felt high quality with a clear vinyl overlay, and had one sleeve pocket on side.

In very good condition. Decoration is wonderfully intact. The plain mesh back is a bit discolored, and appears a bit darker than front. Interior has a couple of little dots on vinyl.
