This item was first made for a customer in size XL. This is why it's larger on the high quality mannequin (mannequin is super tiny). It is actually a regular sized t-shirt. If you want it to fit like a dress, I recommend you order 3 sizes larger than your natural women's size for length purposes. Otherwise, for a classic t-shirt fit, just order your natural women's size for the most comfortable fit. Order one size down for a snug/feminine fit. Sizes are unisex.
