Fit adult small though was a little snug on daughter so would say adult x-small to small. Dressform set to 28-24-26 with room to stretch. This costume will fit a youth small/ small medium. The skirt has a velcro closure so it can be adjusted. It opens on the left to allow for leg extensions if used as a dance costume or works beautifully as a fairy costume. It is adorned with appliqués and stones and has a sequin mesh overlay comprised of flowers and stars. The top was built on a bra base with a hook closure in the back.
