Solid Oak American Flag Display high quality Case for Casket Flag

This flag case is made of solid American Oak, right from the heart of the Nation in Grand Island, Nebraska. Sized to fit a standard 5'x9' military burial flag, this case is an heirloom that you will be proud to place Old Glory in. Each case is made one at a time and is a unique work of art. The high quality grain of this particular case is very pronounced, with the front frame showing a distinct end-grain pattern. The case is stained Golden Oak and finished with a topcoat of hand-rubbed wipe-on satin polyurethane for a hard, yet natural finish.

Interior Dimensions are 21 1/2" Wide x 10 1/2" High. Perfect for a 5'x9' casket flag.

To insert the flag, remove the screws holding the back in place, insert and reattach the back. The inside of the case is UNFINISHED for a reason - no one wants to stain the flag! The front of this case is made of glass and is protected with packing material inside the case for shipping.

I take great care in the joinery of the cases and strive to produce the best I can. Each case is made from rough-cut solid oak, milled in my shop and that adds to the unique, hand-crafted quality. This case will proudly display the cherished American Flag it contains for generations to come.
