Vintage top Lift DIETZ D-Lite Kerosene high quality Barn Lantern / Lamp. Shows patina and rust I think use to be red. There are these thin black wires of some sort that run side to side I don't think they serve a purpose but I didn't want to remove them just in case see pictures.
