If you didn't know, the variegation on a Florida Beauty is called Polaroid variegation. It truly does develop like a Polaroid picture as the leaf hardens.
This plant has been an easy Philodendron to propagate & grow in general. It is also common for them to produce a green leaf sometimes but the variegation is still very present in the plant. I have found that when the leaf unfurls & is a very lite almost lime green, that is usually a great sign of gorgeous variegation!
This is such a fulfilling plant to grow!
