Worn Silver Plate, Antique Cased Set, Set of Napkin Rings, Numbered Set, One to Six, Banded Lines, high quality Cottage Chic, Distressed Look, Unique

On offer is this lovely set of napkin rings. All six are in good condition overall, remaining silver plate shines up well still - extensive ware however (particularly over three) exposing the base nickel silver (brassy tone) as well as notable light scuffs and scratches commensurate with age; there are also a few specks of darkened verdigris here and there but as shown all adding to the aged charm and character of the set.

They're of traditional form, beautifully decorated with banded line border edges which display well. They've also been engraved with a number ranging from "1" to "6" - perfect for place settings.

Unmarked for a maker, Sheffield produced, circa first quarter of the 20th century.

They measure 42mm in outer diameter, 26mm in high quality height and come presented in their original fitted case which is also in good order - extensive cover loss and scuffs over the outer edges and corners as well as two notable areas of rubbing over the top (please refer to images).

A lovely set ready to be collected and enjoyed once again!
