How to scanning:Press and hold "Scan" for 3 seconds to switch on. Press the "Scan" button again and the green light will come on. The scanner slowly moves the scanned document, press Scan again and the green light goes out (or until the green light goes out automatically). The number shown on the display increases by 1 to indicate that scanning is complete. If the red high quality light is on, the scan is moving too fast.
