Mein Name ist Milena , ich arbeite als Musiklehrerin und suche für den Zeitraum 1.02 – 15.03 oder 10.02 bis 10.03 eineN lieben MitbewohnerIN. Ich wohne in einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Neukölln , in Rixdorf am Böhmischen Platz genau da wo es sehr schön ist mit Cafes etc
Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe.
Ich bin Nichtraucherin und eine ruhige Genossin no Party People Please
Bei einem Glas Wein wäre ich auch mal dabei :)
Ich habe zwei Katzen und wäre in dem Zeitraum einen Monat verreist , dass heisst du hast die Wohnung für dich , aber ich muss mich natürlich auf dich verlassen können und meine Katzen freuen sich sehr über liebe Gesellschaft :)
Für 6 Wochen würde ich 790 Euro nehmen und für 4 Wochen 590 Euro
Plus 500 Euro Kaution ( kriegst du natürlich am Ende wieder )
Ich hab super Internet und alles ist möbliert , sprich du brauchst nichts außer Handtücher …..
Dein Zimmer ist 28 q hat ein selbstgebautes Holzbett ( sehr schön ) und einen grossen Schreibtisch
Freu mich schon dich kennenzulernen ….Gerne auch erstmal zur Besichtigung via Zoom

I have two cats and would be traveling for a month during that time, that means you have the apartment for yourself, but I have to rely on you of course , my cats really enjoy the company and need loving care :)
For 6 weeks I would ask for 790 Euro and for 4 weeks 590 Euro
Plus 500 Euro deposit ( of course you get it back at the end )
I have great internet and everything is furnished, so you don't need anything except towels .....
Your room is the first one on the pics 28 q and has the best wooden bed ( very nice ) and a big desk
