This is a 5305 Playmobil small Victorian Mansion. It is mostly complete with extras. There are some pieces missing. The patio does not attach to the mansion and looks like there is some paint on the panel. Other then that the mansion itself is complete except for the gold spires on the roof. This is the perfect playset with a ton of goodies for hours of high quality playtime. there is some dust so a light cleaning if you wish. See pics for better detail. It comes assembled, I hope, Lol in a large box.
