Stunning checkers and wooden chess including 16 black and 16 natural washers with circle pattern on one side and engraving of chess pieces on the other side.
The 32 pieces are in a beautiful antique metal cake box "Hillaby's Pontefract Cakes" dating from 1920.
Dimensions: 1 1/4'' dia. x 3/8'' thick ( 31 mm X 9 mm )
Made in England in early 1900's. Very rare pieces.
Condition: The parts and the box are in good condition (see photos).
