Beautiful pair of sconce size lamp shades made from 19th century silk ribbon. This is a beautiful silk ribbon from the late 19th century in two shades of tan. One is a smooth weave and the other is a jacquard weave. their is a hint of old gold and maroon in the coloring also. There is a small blue floral stripe in both the smooth and jacquard areas. The trim is a vintage high quality metallic gold braid, French or German. These are small chandelier clip shades. No more the 15 watt bulbs should be used.
