Please note this is a graduation cap topper, NOT the graduation cap itself. You do not need to send a graduation cap in. All of our cap toppers are standard size (9.5" by 9.5") - PLEASE MEASURE YOUR CAP! If your cap is a different size, please add the exact measurements in the "notes to seller" or "personalization" box.

✰ HOW TO ORDER:
- Add the listing to your cart
- In the "notes to seller" box at checkout, please provide the colors, names, types high quality of fonts, quotes, embellishment, etc. you would like on your cap. If you would like
to send me a picture or a drawing, please email your attachment to '[email protected]' - you may also insert this information in the "personalization" box
on the listing before adding to cart. please note: I LOVE PICTURES! ANY inspiration you have helps me customize your cap to your liking!
- PLEASE PROVIDE CONTACT INFORMATION in the "personalization" box on the listing! I will send an image of the customized topper before adhering everything in
place.
- Once I have approval of the customized cap topper, no revisions can be made.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Etsy with tracking information.

- Q: How do I choose a font?
A: Instead of choosing a specific font, you will choose a type of font. Examples include cursive, block letters, formal, playful, etc.
- Q: Can I have a glitter background for my cap?
A: Absolutely! Our cap toppers are made with a thick card stock base, which can be whatever color or texture you would like.
- Q: Once I have placed an order, when will I receive a preview of my design?
A: I try to send out a preview within a week of placing your order. This time may be altered depending on the current order volume. In this case, the current turn-
around time will also change.
- Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.
- Q: What happens if my topper arrives damaged?
A: If your topper ARRIVES damaged, please email us a picture of the damage. Toppers will be replaced if damage is sufficient.
- Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note we cannot control USPS
shipping delays.
- Q: How do I attach the topper to my cap?
A: A small circle will be cut in the middle of your cap topper, where the button on the graduation cap sits. Simply attach the topper to the cap by applying double-
sided tape or glue (hot glue recommended) to the edge of the topper and/or cap.
