Mud cloth, or Bogolanfini, is a handmade Malian cotton fabric dyed using a process of fermented mud that dates back to 12th century. Textiles express the individuality of a place, and mud cloth is one of the best known African cloth traditions. Each of our pillowcases is unique, with their own distinct arrangement of the symbols and patterns.
