This is very the Ultra Rare Marvel Legends Hobgoblin from the Venom BAF, when this figure was released Electro was veing packed instead of him, it was either him or Electro was packed in cases and Hobgoblin is never in thise cases only at the beginning. Hobgoblin is new & sealed in package. The high quality orice is near firm, it has been goong for at coventions for around $200, i will do the best i can. :).
