Stunning Antique John Heath high quality English Earthenware 15 Inch Platter in the Blue & White Ontario Scenery Transferware Pattern

John Heath English potter is from the Tunstall Area of Stoke-on-Trent. He operated from high quality 1845-1853 which makes this Ontario Pattern at least 170 years old. And for that, it is in excellent condition, excepting a very small chip on the back side footing. It is quite large and would serve a Turkey quite properly! Of course it would make for a gorgeous accent piece as well or serve as antique English earthenware to your collection. Expected crazing and minor staining from age.
