Sold as is. I believe this is an older mold. I've only seen one other like it in white online. It has signs of being hand painted and made. There are a few chips on the paint but nothing that I think is broken, just paint touch ups could cover and fix easily. Mainly on the red part of the garland that wraps around the tree. It could probably use a better cleaning too. The light is not original but the tree does fit over it and rests on the cord just fine, not perfect but it works. It probably had a real base at one point. The bulb is not new and may need to be replaced after shipping. Not all the birds fit in the holes. These are replacements that I bought. There are 26 holes and I've included 26 birds but again they do not all fit. See the photos for an idea of which ones fit. I think they could be filed down so that is why I included them. The tree is sold as is and may need some TLC high quality to get it to the perfect vintage condition. The birds and the light will ship inside of the tree.
