Strap is a little bent as pictured but I'm sure it can be fixed, just needs to be flattened. Small stain at very bottom of purse as seen in last photo, barely noticeable. But other than that I only used this purse 2 times. I still have original receipt, paid $186.87, I can send it along with the purse.
