Production Process and Content
1) The mud is kneaded with quartz powder.
2) Air bubbles are removed from the dough by pressing.
3) The dough is shaped and dried.
4) After drying, the dough is baked at 600 degrees in the first firing.
5) The process of decorating the tile biscuit begins.
6) First, a pattern is drawn on the sketch paper.
7) The lines in the patterns on the sketch paper are pierced intermittently with a needle.
8) More sketch paper is placed on the tile biscuit so that the coal dust passes over the tile biscuit.
9) The pattern is revealed with charcoal dust and the outline of the pattern is revealed by painting with a sable brush. This process is called tahrir.
10) After finishing, the patterns are painted with tile paint.
11) After the painting process, "glazing" is done. Glaze material is obtained by mixing water, glass high quality powder and cellulose. With glazing, the surface is provided to be smooth and shiny.
12) The last listed products are cooked at 980 degrees and made ready for use. This process is called second firing.
