**THE PROCESS **
1. Initial consultation and a questionnaire of the customized brand strategy within 24-48 hours of the purchase made.
2. Once I have received the completed questionnaire, I shall start the design process and share the 2 Custom logo concepts to define your style and brand within 7-8 working days though sometimes it may take slightly longer but I shall keep you informed.

PLEASE NOTE: I will provide two concepts on the questionnaire and your ideas shared, any change of mind in terms of design will involve an add on fee of $40 to provide additional design each.

3. There will be 4 rounds of revisions on the logo designs which include font change/placement/colour change (it includes the sub logo changes too).

4. Once the final design is confirmed Your new custom logos(s) will be delivered digitally to the email address you have associated with your Etsy account unless otherwise notified.

5. Great communication is the key to best results, please note any non communication after 7 days will be seen as order completed. An add on 50% fee will be required to reinstate the design again. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, whilst we work together to get the best desired logo and branding for your business together.

PLEASE NOTE : There is no refund on the custom logo Designs once the proof is made as I would have carried out the work for you. Thank you.
