Custom Pet Portrait in Acrylic Paint

This listing is for a commissioned acrylic painted portrait of your own pet. The images in the listing are examples of previous work I have done in various sizes.

Please select from the drop down menu if you'd like a portrait of just one pet, or I can do more together in one painting for an additional cost (more than three together is only really suitable for small pets in most cases - contact me if you'd like to discuss this).

This listing is for a simple background pet portrait of A4 sized (11.7 x 8.3 in) on canvas textured paper. I can do other sizes too - please visit my shop or contact me directly.

If you'd like a detailed background this is possible but the cost is higher – please message me with details of what you had in mind and I'll give you an exact quote.


~ The Process ~

Once purchased, please send me a photograph you would like your pet's portrait to be based on. I can accept more than one photograph but please let me know which one you'd prefer the picture to be based on. I work best from large, clear photographs (if you're uncertain whether I can work from your photographs please message me before purchasing and we can discuss it further).

Once I receive the photograph(s) I will work on an initial sketch for you to see. Once you've approved this I will transfer the image onto the finished acrylic canvas textured paper and start work on painting. Canvas textured paper is most suitable for framing; however this isn't included in the price. This allows you to chose a frame and mount to your own taste once you receive the painting. It also makes posting a lot cheaper and safer than sending a high quality framed piece in the post!

~ Turnaround Time ~

Art is only my spare time job so it's hard to give an exact time estimate. However, if you send me a message I can give you a better idea dependent on my current workload. If you're after a painting for a specific deadline please contact me first so I can let you know if it is possible.

Postage includes tracked and signed.
