This charming Victorian influenced style black velvet little girls coat is very charming with its cape collar and black bow on the back of the collar. The coat is loose fitting, has a black velvet background with purple bows all over, it has a double scalloped collar, lined buttons, and is lined with quilted black fabric for warmth.
