This Coronation Plate commemorating the coronation of Queen Elizabeth in 1953 is one of the official designs. The design is wonderfully simple to work with any modern décor from “midcentury” to current century. The plate has a light cream body with the official sepia portrait of the Queen, surrounded by full color flags, crown centered above. It's 9 inches in diameter high quality with a gold rim. It's in perfect condition, no chips, cracks or repairs, the gold rim shows no wear. The back stamp includes the seal of the British Pottery Manufacturers Federation and the green stamp reads Pareek, Johnson Bros Made in England.
