I have carefully chosen complimenting vintage chenille colors from my large collection of vintage chenille bedspreads for this soft warm baby quilt. There are 3 layers in each quilt all being 100 % cotton. The top layer is the beautiful chenille, the middle layer is the batting for warmth and the backing is soft flannel. I have double sewed all the seams and when completed I used cotton embroidery floss to tie the corners of each block to prevent any shifting or bunching in the layers. My quilts are heirloom quality made to last many years with careful proper care. I have 50 years of design & sewing experience and I love it as much today as the very first day I sat down high quality at a sewing machine.
Please keep in mind that all the chenille is upcycled that I use and may have slight imperfections but in no way will affect the beauty of these lovely quilts.
*This soft white, yellow and orange quilt is made of 9” squares and measures 46” by 36”. The perfect size for toddler or new born or for a stroller or car seat. It can also make a lovely lap quilt. It also includes a small pillow.
*The quilt is washable in cool water and tumbled on medium heat. Shake when done.
