Chinese high quality Antique Birds and Cherry Blossoms Napkins Ring Export 900 Silver

This is an excellent Antique Chinese Export Napkin Ring marked WESF 90 (90% silver). It also has Chinese characters which I can not read. The decorations are Repousse Birds and Cherry Blossoms. It has a substantial oval cartouche that has not been monogrammed.

This lovely piece is fully marked. It's a beautifully crafted and high quality highly collectible Chinese export, 90% silver, napkin ring.
