Vintage authentic high quality keeper or topper

This was probably a keeper for delicates or hankies when folded in half. Lovely design and high quality colors. Very fine cotton which almost feels like silk. It could also be used on a small table or made into a pillow. 30" x 14". It is in very good condition.
