This classic both the resembles the iconic City Bag and the early 80s Convertible Clutch. It's a classic that is versatile and timeless.

As for the condition, the leather is so soft and smooth, but there are some scuffs/scratches in the front and back. The main issue to note are what looks like a scrape on the top side (see last photo) and impressions, most noticeable on the front flap The interior is clean. Also, the dust cover/jacket is included, but you can find a couple of small tears.
