Cute Vintage 1940's 1950's Rockabilly Spangled Shells & LUCITE Plastic BOX BAG Purse Made in Italy high quality

This handbag dating from the late 40's or early 1950's is made of flexible plastic with awesome plastic spangled shells decorating the top. The top and 8" handles are made of raffia straw This fabric sheds a little. Made in Italy by "Olympic". Otherwise in great shape.

The frame is laced tightly together and the rope style high quality handles are strong. Measures 7" across the top at the widest point and 8.5" in height. The condition is very wearable, the plastic is not cracked or broken. Shells appear all intact. A rare find!
