From a local estate comes this impressive statement ring dating to the 1960s-70s. The ample size 8 ring is marked 925 for sterling silver.
The ring boasts a round faceted yellow stone that I believe is citrine. It appears to be a gemstone and not a synthetic.
This is a stunning modernist brutalist piece with incredible workmanship and styling, as can be seen in the wonderful silver mounting. It actually appears to be hand cast and handmade and is likely a one-of-a-kind piece based on the setting and overall style.
