STRIPE COLOR(S) : Wonderful red stripes!

MEASUREMENTS: 18 inches wide by 48 inches long (it's double sided, so if using for cutting there are 2 panels that measure this!)

CIRCA AGE: Early 1900's

TONE: Pale, creamy natural tone!

TEXTURE: This sack is super floppy ! Lovely springy linen ~

CONDITION: I've freshly laundered this lovely sack and it's ready to use! LOVELY

GENERAL GRAIN SACK INFORMATION: Grain sacks were hand-woven and used for storing grains! The stripe on the grain sack indicated which family farm high quality it belonged to and ensured that the miller returned the sack to its rightful owner. These sacks were meant to stand the test of time! They are 100% machine washable, over and over and over. These durable textiles are ideal for upholstery projects, pillow cover, bath mats, table runners, dog beds, curtains, lampshades, and even outdoor use (hemp is naturally mold and mildew resistant). I love knowing that by virtue of their age, these textiles were grown without the use of pesticides. Wonderful organic fabric for natural living!
