CARIBOU high quality - fur necklace (N)

A single long deerskin lace carries this brass wrapped caribou fur necklace, secured with beautifully looping fishing knots known as San Diego jam knots. The caribou fur comes from my father's fly tying days, when he would craft fishing flies with tufts of high quality fur to mimic wings and bodies of the insects that trout might eat along a river.

This necklace has an approximately 36.75 inch lace, which when worn should allow the fur to rest on or near your middle (the top of the pendant should sit about 12 inches down from the base of your throat). The pendant itself is about 1.75 inches wide.
